Our Corporate Finance engagements typically begin with a review of the corporate business plan. The firm acts as an intermediary between the capital source and our middle market client company. We advise on deal terms, assist with negotiations, and the transaction closing. Client presentations are prepared and rehearsed after which the appropriate capital sources are identified and contacted. ILEX contacts each potential investor on the client’s behalf and assists with investor presentations, the “term sheet” negotiations, and in closing the transaction.
